Ancient creatures or species have been a great source of inspiration for modern designers. Motivated by the stone creatures of Perspolis, an ancient palace in Shiraz, Iranian industrial designer Behzad Hormoz has come up with a car concept dubbed “SPHINX,” a mix of several animals, which generates power from the middle engine for a smooth and swift ride.
