Well, well…Miss D Woods, of the now defunct Danity Kane, has released the first volume of her mixed tape entitled Independence Day. WWD is reporting that yesterday (Thursday) Sean “Diddy” settled a lawsuit with the folks over at LVMH for copyright infringement and will remove some images of the Louis Vuitton logo from a Danity Kane music video and some album packaging photos. Recently Sony BMG also had to pay LVMH more than $150,000 after Britney Spears used a pink Louis Vuitton–monogram dashboard for the car she drives through the sky in her “Do Somethin’ ” video.

That’s Nothing to Diddy…people sue for anything nowadays especially if they know you got it to spare. Diddy prolly paid that off and said “Anything else Bitche$ lol…Aight den I’m Gone….Take That Take That”…

It looks like Ms. Rihanna is telling the LAPD a little bit more about her and Chris Brown’s relationship and it doesn’t look too good.  I feel that Chris Brown needs to speak on it and let his fans know what is really going on.  Like Diddy told Danity Kane, SOMEBODY GONNA TELL THE TRUTH IN THIS B**CH!

Yesterday we reported that Rihanna’s friends speculated that Chris had been abusive before. Well, Rihanna has confessed to police that the allegations are true:

Chris Brown and Rihanna seemed like the perfect couple on the outside, but after his recent arrest for felony battery, we’ve learned that it wasn’t the first time Chris raised a hand on her.

According to Police reports, Rihanna claims that Chris has hit her in the past and she referred to it as an ongoing and escalating abusive relationship.

When Rihanna first spoke to LAPD she refused to tell them what started the argument that night. We’ve now learned that it was the result of another woman sending Chris a text message about meeting up later on in the night.

We gave you hints a looooong time ago and now it’s gonna happen right before your eyes. Looks like another Bad Boy Group bites the dust. Damn and we thought these girls were gonna do it. Dawn Richards apparently was the first to break the news of the group Danity Kane getting the axe.

When “Making the Band” returns on February 12, fans already know two former members will be missing: Aubrey O’Day and D. Woods, who were dismissed from the group by Diddy last season. But they’ll probably be surprised that Shannon Bex isn’t there either, which apparently means the end of the band. “As of right now, [Danity Kane doesn't exist],” Dawn Richard told MTV News on Wednesday (January 28). “It’s devastating……for me.” “You’ll see me and Drea [Aundrea Fimbres] try and pick up the pieces on our own [on this season's show] — pieces that we didn’t even make,” she continued. “We didn’t even break it and we’re trying to sweep it up ourselves. Puff invited all the girls to come back on this season and they chose not to. Only two of us showed up. That’s fine if that’s the choice.
