Producer No I.D speaks on BP 3 production

The countdown is still on for my husband….I mean for the greatest rapper alive most anticipated album “Blueprint 3,”which hits stores on September 11th. The album has already released two blazing singles”D.O.A” and “Run this town” featuring Kanye West and Rhianna. Hip Hop wired recently spoke with producer NO I.D about his involvement with the project.

“I’m on about 6 tracks and the original concept for the album came when me and Kanye were in New Orleans last summer. He was like why don’t you come and work on this Jay album with me and we can do a couple of tracks. And we never really did stuff like that before so I was like O.K. And our synergy was so good off the top that I told him, “Hey man, I don’t have an ego. Let’s do like Dre and Mel-Man would do and let’s dothe whole album which eventually lead to us working on808s & Heartbreak together. First it was just gone be me and him doing it and then over time with Kanye touring and all that, other people got involved with the album. So we got 7 or 8 on there and I’m on like 6 of them and one was me all by myself which was “D.O.A. (Death Of Auto-Tune.)”

No I.D. has also been appointed as President of Kanye’s labelGood Music and also stated that he wants to bring DJ and producer Don Cannon in under the umbrella to help bringGood Music’s street presence to another level. Outside of the label, No I.D. has also been working on upcoming projects from underground lyrical titans GLC, Mikkey and J. Cole who won’t remain below the radar for too long. No I.D. also spoke deeper on the production end of The Blueprint III, adding,

“From a beat perspective it’s closer back to The Black album level from Jay- Z but a little more Blueprintish in a sense of it having a little more Jay-Z soul which you come to expect. But then Timb had some stuff on there, Swizz was on there. It’s a really solid Jay-Z album to me and I think that musically its gonna deliver, point blank period.”

I AM SUPER PUMPED!!!! I cannot wait for this CD to drop! I believe this will be the CD of the year! I feel that Jay-Z will shut the game down with this one! Be sure to mark your calendars for SEPTEMBER 11th! Make sure you buy more than one copy! Buy one for your car, one for your laptop, one for your stereo in the house and for your PC at work. I feel that hip hop will be saved!
