Here is great technology in shower head flow from JACLO that gives two options while showering. The first option is a natural rain shower. The second option is a waterfall shower that is achieved by flipping the shower head into the down position. For more info and pics

The size of the shower head is compact which is makes it flexible enough to fit in most shower cabins. This product is called “Aqua Duetto” and can be found at the JACLO site here.
