This is not good.

The United States Coast Guard announced today that their search for two NFL players who went missing off Florida’s Gulf Coast this past weekend was called off at sundown today.

Detroit Lions defensive end Corey Smith and Oakland Raiders linebacker Marquis Cooper went on a fishing trip with their friends Nick Schuyler and William Bleakley on Saturday evening (February 28) and their boat was flipped over by a wave during a storm.

Schuyler, who was found clinging to the overturned boat yesterday afternoon (March 2), told authorities that he and his friends held on to the boat when it flipped over but they were eventually separated.

Schuyler also revealed that they all had life jackets on. He was suffering from dehydration and hypothermia when he was found.

Let us pray for the families of the 3 men who are still out at sea and hope for the best. Stay tuned for more updates.
