Lolo Jones is once again back on top of her game, as she wins Gold at the 2009 USA Indoor Track and Field Championships (60 Meter Hurdles). I watched her fall during her race at the Bejing games and I knew that would not be an easy thing to get over seconds away from the finish line. But Lolo worked hard on getting mentaly prepared for the USA Indoor games and it paid of….She’s back.

BOSTON: Lolo Jones and Terrence Trammell were the big winners Sunday at the USA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Jones, the top-ranked woman in the 60-meter hurdles last year, needed to run a time of 7.84 seconds to capture the $25,000 bonus in the Visa Championship Series and did just that.
“I didn’t think I had it,” said Jones, who tried to avoid knowing before the race what she had to run to win the bonus.
“It’s stressful,” she said. “I just want to win, so I put my hands over my ears when they talked about what I needed to run. When I saw people stop talking, I removed my hands and heard it — ‘7.84.’”
