Most of us would be happy with getting a longer lunch, but probably would be speechless if our employer told us to go home early to make more babies. Well that is what electronics manufacturer based in Tokyo has done.
Canon has adopted a very aggressive birthing program to help Japan combat it’s low birth rate. Twice a week the company urges its employees to go home early rather than stay the normal 12 hour shift, so they can get busy getting busy.
