BET, MTV, & VH1 cutting staff because of recession

Looks like the recession is even hitting the big wigs on TV. Viacom is cutting expenses and staff to help with the economic slump. They have scailed down by 7% of staff already. An official press release from MTV gave the details: 850 people will be laid off in the company–which consists of the BET network, MTV network, VH1 network, etc. Word is that some staple hosts have been laid off already and entire departments have been laid off.
Sooo what will replace the old hosts and shows? How about music videos for once
