Even though I don’t care too much for R. Kelly because he got off on something he was guilty of, but we at the Fly Paper send our prayers for R. Kelly’s 15 year old nephew. According to BET.com, Kelly’s 15 year old nephew is being hospitalized after a shooting in Chicago, while his brother is in custody for an alleged robbery attempt. I WONDER IF HE IS GOING TO SAY THE SAME THING KELLY SAID, “THAT WASN’T ME ON THE TAPE!” LOL
Anyway, cops say Bryel Kelly, 15, was shot by the owner of a barbershop during the alleged attempt to take cash from the store. WHO STEALS FROM A BARBER SHOP? Bryel’s older brother, Brandon Kelly, is in custody, suspected of possibly operating as a look-out man. THEY STILL DO THAT?
R. Kelly’s brother, Carey Kelly, says that his son was shot in the lung and liver. He also believes that his son is the victim and not the perpetrator. “People have tried to rob us,” Carey told WLS TV. “They think we got money…that’s R. Kelly’s money, that’s not our money”
Carey Kelly’s profile increased during the prolonged R. Kelly sex tape investigation when he claimed R. Kelly offered him $50,000, a house and record deal to say that he – Carey – was the man recorded in sex acts with an apparently underage teen. R. Kelly was acquitted of child porn charges this year.
