Coumbia Gas Aids the Amber Alert Program

Columbia Gasamber alert

Post by T Cole Contact: flytcole@flypaperblog.com

Utility giant, Columbia Gas of Ohio recently announced that they have joined Ohio’s efforts to quickly locate missing children. The company announced recently that it will be adding software to its field vehicles that will alert its staff of newly announced Amber Alerts.  With the company’s field employees in and out of houses in varying neighrborhoods throughout the state, this will definitely prove to be a glimmer of hope for anxious families and law enforcement. This initiative will add more than 900 people to the search efforts of Ohioans to return missing children home safely.  Maybe the news of the company’s community involvement will make it a little easier to write that hefty check every month… maybe.
