Gucci Mane has been ordered to serve a year in Fulton County Jail for violating probation. He originally pleaded no contest to an assault charge in 2005 for hitting a promoter in the head with a pool cue, and got six months with 6 1/2 years probation, and 600 community service hours. He was arrested in Henry County, south of Atlanta, on July 23rd and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence.

According to probation officials, he had only done 25 community service hours and also tested positive for ecstasy, marijuana, and alcohol during a probation visit.
