Condoms being used for MORE THAN SEX!!!!

In South China, the area of Pearl River Delta they recycle used condoms to make into hair ties. I think this is pretty disgusting due to the fact that people have certain diseases and disorders that go inside of these condoms! And this is exactly why they are deemed unsafe!!! There are alot of bacteria and viruses on these hair ties and rubber bands. People could have AIDS or Genital Warts which may still very well be carried along with the recycled condom!
So BE CAREFUL, when using hair tie products, to not put them in your mouth while doing hair!! You wouldn’t even imagine whose body particles are on there!
