[Sunday night (July 13th), it was announced at the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Boule (National Convention) that Michelle Obama will be inducted as an honorary member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. The ceremony is set to take place this week here in Washington, DC during their National Convention festivities.]
It is good to see that African American women have someone to look up to like Michelle. She will be making history as the first African American First Lady and of our time and I’m sure she will serve as a great role model for young women everywhere.
By the way I heard the convention was crazy!
Michelle Obama has declined AKAs offer of honorary membership because of the scandal of AKA’s National President allegedly stealing money from AKA and other misdeeds.
i like Michelle Obama because she is more charismatic than the previous first lady.
Michelle Obama is very charismatic just like her husband and it is the reason why i like her. I also feel that she could connect with people more easily than any other first ladies.
