FLYER THINGS IN LIFE: CARS OF THE FUTURE
Post by Big Yogi
In this edition of the Flyer Things in Life we take a look at some new luxury cars that will be sure to turn heads and well as empty pockets. This section is all about the luxurious, the one of a kind, and the hard to find. These new cars represent all three. If you can cut the check look at what the future holds for you in the world of luxury vehicles.
BMW GINA

From the creative minds at BMW comes one of the CRAZIEST concept cars I ever seen. A car that can actually change shape. Aside from creating some of the most technologically advanced and respected automobiles in the world, BMW has debuted their latest innovation, the GINA Light Visionary Model. The dynamic model enables a car’s structure to shape and change and reflects an all new way of thinking and approach to the automotive world. The GINA Light Visionary Model’s concept of a skin in a non fixed/ non metal form offers numerous benefits including less energy intensive production. But will it really make the cut. Check out the video for the concept.
ARDEN RANGE ROVER

If you thought the Range Rover couldn’t get any better check this out. German tuner Arden is best known for giving Jaguars sharper claws, but it occasionally takes on Range Rovers, as well. They recently released their AR7 package that includes an understated body kit, larger wheels and tires, new interior additions and, of course, a boost in power that comes from an increase in displacement of the supercharged V8 to 4.5-liters. The result is 480 horsepower and 422 lb-ft torque with a 0-62 mph time of 6.5 seconds and a top speed of 149 mph. The body kit is bananas and the new lighting package is going to give this edition an edge over the other models.

GTS PASSIONATA

Passion has never felt sooo good than with the USD GT-S Passionata concept. Based on the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, the Passionata retains the personality of the Ferrari 599 GTB but adds a body that’s much more sexy with swoops, bulges and soft curves everywhere the eye can see. The mega hood scoop makes the car look a little bit like an, and we also see some design elements inspired by the Corvette, Lotus and even McLaren F1 in the front end, but overall it’s a knock out design and the connection to Ferrari’s style is unmistakable
