Is Rihanna having a Janet Jackson moment? Sounds like the pop-star is having a bit of a power struggle with her public relations team. According to sources, her advisors want her to focus on her album re-release and put her romance with hottie Chris Brown on the back burner. “Her team feel that their ‘puppy love’ could cause a distraction,” a spywitness revealed to a British tabloid. Don’t let ‘em hold you down baby girl… fight for your love!!

This all seems to come at a bad time unfortunately, her heart-throb boyfriend appears to be raising the stakes a bit. Brown has apparently dropped $100K on a Diamond and Ruby necklance created especially for his boo, Rihanna to match his own jewelry. Beverly Hills jewelry designer Jason Arasheben revealed to OK! Magazine: “Chris went for the heart theme. He said, ‘She’s going to love this because she loves hearts…..’” Hopefully, Rihanna’;s own heart can withstand all this stress… and the “hearts all over the world tonite” are waiting to see what happens…
