Ay All I Got to say is ROC-A-FELLA….JIGGA MAN JAY-Z is doing it 4real. The Brooklyn Native has his hands on a share of the BROOKLYN NETS and of course is RE-BUILDING the ROC-A-FELLA….This Week he has been making some POWER MOVES.

1. We released the News about JAY-Z & LIVE LIVE NATION making a HUGE DEAL together a weeks back NOW we have some more light on the situation.

The company yesterday (May 1) filed a Form-8K with the SEC which states that the artist is getting 775,434 Live Nation shares, plus an option on an additional 500,000 with the exercise price of $13.73. The shares go to Marcy Media, the company affiliated with Jay-Z (born Shawn Carter), in connection with the formation of ROC NATION LLC, a joint entertainment venture between Live Nation and Jay-Z.

2. MRS. JAY-Z, BEYONCE KNOWLES’ has been reported to being pregnant…If so is TRUE Jay-Z will probably be hoping for a SON to carry on his LEGACY…congrats either WAY Big HOMIE…

3. JAY-Z lends a hand to SEAN BELL’S children (The Man who is still waiting for Justice) & established a Education Trust Fund…He and NICOLE BELL (The Widow of SEAN…) have been working closely together to get this accomplished and NICOLE and her 2 lilttle girls posed for a “I WILL NOT LOSE” Ad (Above)…Again Making POWER moves….
