Lil’ Jon trades in CRUNK Juice for WINE

Crunk man Li’l Jon has broadened his horizons and his empire with a new venture. He is dipping into the California wine business and has launched his own wine label. The 36-year-old crunk rapper from Atlanta openly admits he is not a connoisseur by any means. “I’m not no ‘drink wine every day’ kind of dude,” Jon said. “I’m not like an expert, so don’t ask me no questions…I just like the taste,” he stated to the Associated Press this week. His energy drink “Crunk” is mostly popular in the south, but can also be found in the Midwest and on the West coast. He wanted his wine, which will be produced by winemaker Alison Crowe, to have a more upscale appeal so he named it “Little Jonathan Winery”.
