A Los Angeles judge on Thursday (February 28) issued a default judgment against Bone Thugs-N-Harmony after they failed to contest a lawsuit brought against them by a Japanese concert promoter. According to KNBC 4 in L.A., World Mix Entertainment filed suit against the group after they missed two December 2006 concert dates in Nagoya and Okinawa.

A contract submitted with the suit confirmed that the promoter had agreed to pay the group $25,000 per show, $10,000 for a photo shoot and cover expenses for travel and promotions. The company also agreed to meet special requests made by the group, such as providing a “big sack of marijuana” and bottles of Hennessey and Miller Genuine Draft beer. When the group failed to board their flight from Los Angeles International Airport, the shows had to be canceled. Since the Ohio based group failed to respond to the suit, U.S. District Judge Dean Pregerson awarded World Mix a total of $205,510.40.
