A Winning Debut for the Cavaliers

POST by Daim
LeBron and his new mates won in convincing fashion tonight and against the oh so awful Memphis Grizzlies winning by 20 points 109-89 at home. I wouldn’t judge tonights game so much though, being it was versus the Memphis Teddy Bears…hahahaha they stink.
But it was a nice site to see for Cleveland fans to see. LeBron shot his regular, scoring 25 points and adding 11 assists and 7 rebounds. Big Ben looked a little more at home with his role as a clean up man adding 10 boards and 12 points.
Joe Smith contributed 14 points and 6 rebounds, Wally Szczerbiak shot a dismal 4-10 from the field for 10 points while Delonte West didn’t look very well shooting 2-12 from the floor.
The true test will come against top dawgs like the Bostin Celtics and Detroit Pistons.
It’s a bit of breath of fresh air to see the Cavs, who in the past have made some horrible decisions in the front office with player personnel, have at least been in the mix making moves trying to find the right pieces to the puzzle. Now hopefully they can do the right things to keep “The Chosen One” in Cleveland?
