Bobby Brown faces judge…. again

Well, I guess you can’t teach an old dog new tricks… at least not in the case of Bobby Brown who was in court again yesterday. Brown had to go before a magistrate in Brockton, Massachusetts to answer for charges of drug possession from December. Polce responded to reports of a fight in a Holiday Inn parking lot, where they found Brown sitting in an SUV. The officers confiscatied what Bobby’s legal team refers to as “very small amounts of cocaine residue”. No word on the outcome of this pending case.
In related news Bobby is scheduled to appear on a new Reality TV show called “Gone Country” with the likes of Maureen McCormick (Marsha Brady), Carnie Wilson (Wilson Phillips), Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), Diana DeGarmo (American Idol), Julio Iglesias, Jr., and Sisqo (Dru Hill). This show is not only aboutcomposing and recording country music, but living the country lifestyle, complete with horse manure. The six episode series is already on the air on CMT. According to her interview on the Today Show this morning, Brown and Maureen McCormick developed quite the friendship during the making of this show… (maybe she can encourage him to stop acting a fool and embarassing himself everywhere he goes).
Now if Bobby could just get a handle on his legal woes, he might stand a chance for a comeback (not so much based on his recent local concert performance, but hey there may be hope). With all his bad behavior it makes you wonder after all these… he really must think it’s still his perogative.
