What a nail biter! The Patriots’ quest for perfection was stumped by a very, very inspired N.Y football Giants team. All year we’ve heard and followed stories, both positive and negative (Spy Gate), about the Pats and their pursuit of the ‘72 Miami Dolphins’ lone accomplishment of an undefeated season.

Real talk, I can’t say they didn’t deserve all the attention they were getting, I mean seriously, how often do we get to see history at such magnitude? They possessed all the talent needed across the board, including some aging vets who could still get the job done. But the Giants were unfazed by all the hype of the “mighty” New England Patriots and all the talk of them being unbeatable.

After all the Giants weren’t even given a chance in hell by most football fans or football experts to even have a successful season, let alone reach the super bowl and win it. All the bashing of “Peyton’s little brother” Eli by New Yorkers and even more so by former teammate Tiki Barber who described Eli as “comical” and “not a good leader”. That dunce is definitely eating his words now, retiring ring less…hahahahaha! laugh Eli laugh.

The N.Y football Giants went out there hungry and proved all the naysayers wrong and shocked the world. Their front seven dominated all game punishing good ole Tommy boy, I swear the man had a concussion! He may have even thought the defense had 15 guys on the field!

In the end, what we saw was a very dejected Patriots squad, a classless head coach who continues to show how much of an ass he is, run to the locker room without showing any sportsmanship or character what so ever ignoring the fact that this had been one of the greatest super bowls played in history, but to each his own, way to go Billy boy.

With all that said though, my hat definitely goes off to the Giants organization for a very successful season and hard fought victory. 17-14 Giants!
