OBAMA STUNS SOUTH CAROLINA
Barak Obama has claimed victory in the state of South Carolina, beating out Hillary Clinton by 28 percentage points. A record number of Democratic voters turned out and made a clear statement in what is usually a loyal Republican state. About 293,000 Democrats voted in the 2004 South Carolina primary. On Saturday Obama alone got this number of votes.
Up next is “Super Tuesday” on February 5th, the date that a total of 22 states will hold Democratic races.
